The explosive 9/11 evidence may be coming to a college near you. AE911Truth will be targeting the college speaking circuit in 2012, and there are plenty of ways you can help. Here is how one professor has made a difference for the last five years.
The day we chose to speak this year was January 19, a crisp California morning on a beautiful campus. We greeted 42 groggy-eyed students who could not have been ready for such overwhelming explosive evidence to wake them up. Think about our problem: These students were only nine years old on September 11, 2001. Thus, the WTC catastrophe did not have the same emotional impact for them as it did for many adults. For them, it is history – not a current event. They have been taught in school, and accepted with few questions, the myth of the official conspiracy theory. By a show of hands in this day’s class, most of them hadn’t even heard alternative theories regarding the destruction of the WTC skyscrapers.
Hence, we find it extremely important to reach young people with the truth about 9/11 and feel that they may, in fact, be the hope for awakening the larger sleeping public – if only we can get their interest ignited. The day’s presenter, Richard Gage, AIA, noted afterward, “My goal today was to wake them up to the reality that they, along with their parents, had been duped. This awareness can generate the passion to want to be active and to do something about the problem.”
Indeed, a million Muslims have died in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and Americans have lost many civil liberties, because of the lies regarding 9/11. I’m upset about the ongoing effect of these lies, and that’s one of the reasons I volunteer with AE911Truth and visited America for the first time to see AE911Truth in action. I will be starting an AE911Truth Action Group in my home country, Tunisia, in Northern Africa. Both Arabic and French are spoken there, two languages into which the AE911Truth materials have now been translated.
At the beginning of the multimedia presentation, Gage introduced the importance of truly understanding the 9/11 events, and asked the students about their knowledge base – which was pretty much what they had been taught in grade school. In our first “poll,” there were no surprises. The number of students who believed in the official government story regarding the WTC and the explanation of collapse by plane impacts and fires far outnumbered those who were aware of and in agreement with the evidence for controlled demolition by a tally of 18 to three. Interestingly, 21 of the students polled stated that they were unsure.
Gage then presented the explosive evidence for the destruction of all three WTC skyscrapers – which appeared quite compelling to me – which corroborated the hypothesis of controlled demolition. But, let’s see what the students thought. At the end of the lecture, we took a second poll to see if there was any movement in the students’ awareness. I was amazed to see that many of the students who initially agreed with the government’s story seemed to have changed their minds about it, with 31 out of 42 students indicating agreement with the evidence for controlled demolition. The remaining 11 students remained unsure about it, and none of them continued to support the government’s official story.
Some students were interviewed after the presentation, providing us with their insight and shedding light on their thinking.
Kathryn Isip, another 19-year old-student, confessed that she “had no knowledge about 9/11 truth before the lecture.” She knew “only what she had watched on TV about the official theory,” adding that after carefully listening to the presentation, she “started to believe in the controlled demolition theory.”
St. Mary’s student Alex Montes was also moved by the compelling evidence laid out by AE911Truth. “I initially rejected the controlled demolition theory, but I’m now skeptical [of the official account],” Montes said.
Gage’s presentation made it apparent that Americans and others around the world have been deceived by government agencies and the media regarding the 9/11 events, and the exposure of these lies is necessary to identify the perpetrators of these crimes and bring them to justice.
