Provocative Album Tops Mainstream Charts
In his new music video, “Words I Never Said,” acclaimed hip hop artist Lupe Fiasco says words about World Trade Center Building 7 that no prominent performer has dared to say |
International awareness of the destruction of WTC Building 7 has reached new musical heights. Grammy-winning recording artist Lupe Fiasco’s latest music video, “Words I Never Said”, debuted as MTV Jams “Jam of the Week” for the week ending May 8, 2011. As we mentioned last month, this is the first song to question Building 7, with the lyrics "9/11, Building 7, did they really pull it?” This latest ratings success follows the rise of Fiasco’s album Lasers to #1 on the Billboard Charts. We applaud the efforts of Lupe Fiasco and other musicians who are enlightening the public about what really brought down the Twin Towers and Building 7. Keep up the good work!
