Editor's Note: This event, which takes place in the midst of the landmark ReThink911 ad campaign, has the potential to be the most influential 9/11 conference ever. Get your tickets now while they are still available! If you cannot attend, consider donating to cover the conference costs. The conference organizers need your financial support in order to make the conference a success for the 9/11 Truth movement. Please help now. DC911Truth.org and ANETA.org (Association for Nine Eleven Truth Awareness) are pulling out all the stops this year in their effort to host one of the most comprehensive national 9/11 Truth conferences in years. 9/11: Advancing the Truth is planned for Friday night through Sunday, September 13-15 in Washington, DC, following the twelfth anniversary of the horrific and world-changing events of September 11, 2001.
The founder of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, Richard Gage, AIA, will receive special recognition for the group's work in educating building professionals, elected representatives, the media, and the public, about the explosive evidence at all three World Trade Center skyscrapers on 9/11. Gage spoke about receiving the honor: "I felt deeply touched to learn that the 9/11 Truth movement, via DC911Truth and ANETA, values the important work that we have accomplished here at AE911Truth. Over the years, thousands of individuals have written and approached us with overwhelming gratitude that I, quite frankly, do not know how to appropriately respond to. Their understanding and appreciation of our mission shows that we are on the right track. It also fuels and inspires us to achieve greater and more effective outreach. I have tried my hardest for more than seven years now to assemble the evidence from other dedicated 9/11 researchers and gather the building professionals to complement it and back it up. I am only disappointed that we didn't show up to take our place among the early pioneers in the 9/11 Truth movement, who were out there without the technical professionals to support them. We have been making up for lost time, and we very much appreciate the acknowledgment. " While Gage is being honored at the conference, taxicabs in the area will be featuring 9/11 WTC 7 rooftop ads asking, "Did you know a 3rd tower fell on 9/11?" — as part of the worldwide ReThink 9/11 campaign, which will be in full swing. "All who are aware of the fearless and untiring efforts of Richard Gage and the AE911Truth organization in researching and raising the issue of unpleasant truths cannot help but appreciate his quiet, competent passion in the effort to build the future upon a foundation of solid facts," said organizer George Ripley. "Our conference is not focused solely on the events of NYC as AE911Truth has been, but we could not move forward without the foundation they have built, so we wish to honor and thank them right up front.""Our conference is not focused solely on the events of NYC as AE911Truth has been, but we could not move forward without the foundation they have built... -George Ripley This 9/11 Truth-focused event will also feature notable speakers who will address other critical political topics as well. The co-sponsors of the event – DC911Truth, Connecticut 9/11 Truth, and Monterey, CA 9/11 Truth – said that they have endorsements from additional 9/11 Truth groups and other organizations. The idea of having a 9/11 Truth conference this year in Washington, DC, was first proposed by New England 9/11 Truth organizers Frank Tolopko and Cheryl Curtiss. They, in turn, contacted Matt Sullivan of DC911Truth for help and advice in setting up the conference. Since the location was to be in DC, the local 9/11 Truth group, DC911Truth, formed a committee consisting of Matt and Elaine Sullivan, Sue Wheaton, George Ripley, Diana Castillo, Greg Boyd, and others. Rick Shaddock and Diana from ANETA have organized the Friday events. "[W]e are aiming to put a lot of effort into video and audio recording of the sessions," Sullivan said. The conference site will be the Sheraton Pentagon City hotel, located "yards from and directly opposite the Pentagon." At 7:00 pm Friday, Richard Gage will present live the one-hour version of "9/11: Blueprint for Truth" which documents the controlled demolition of the Twin Towers and WTC 7. Susan Lindauer, US intelligence whistleblower will speak next. At the mezzanine level at 8:00 pm, Art Olivier will present "Under-Reported Events of 9/11" and his movie Operation Terror, followed by a discussion. Rick will close with a status report on published scientific research, including Mark Basile's study. The Saturday morning theme will be "What We've Learned," and will be moderated by Tolopko. After introductory remarks by Sullivan, Gage will receive the award and assist in giving another award to Colorado Public Television's Shari Bernson, the brave executive producer responsible for airing several 9/11 Truth documentaries on TV over the last four years, including 9/11: Press for Truth and 9/11: Explosive Evidence — Experts Speak Out. He will update the audience with the latest ReThink911 campaign successes and the other activities of AE911Truth. Additional Top Speakers

On Saturday evening, after the day's conference activities end, the Barry Kissin Jazz Quartet will perform at the nearby Crystal City Hamburger Hamlet, located at 1750 Crystal Square Arcade in Arlington, VA.
