Approached by Jay Levin, author and founder of LAWeekly, who is writing a book on the science of 9/11, Richard Gage, AIA, was interviewed for a series of articles on the controversial topic, the results of which were published as cover stories in two mainstream publications. The first, published in Silicon Valley Metro and co-authored by editor Tom McKenzie, is entitled 9/11 Blowup: Explosive Theory.

See article at Metroactive cover article

The article, which focused on local AE911Truth petition signer and fire protection engineer Ed Munyak, with the City of San Jose, actually appears fair and balanced, presenting NIST's views without referring to us as irrational "conspiracy theorists," unlike the National Geographic special titled 9/11: Science and Conspiracy. (Our response to that debacle can be found atResponse to National Geographic.)

Levin and McKenzie teamed up again to co-author another cover piece, this time for the Santa Barbara Independent, entitled A Towering Debate: Twin Towers, Twin Myths? Engineers and Architects Argue About What Made the World Trade Center Fall
    located at Independent: Twin Towers

This article also features remarks by David Ray Griffin, a Santa Barbara resident, and a non-scientific poll that reveals 53% believe that 9/11 was an "inside job" and that we must investigate, while 22% feel there are enough inconsistencies in the official story that an investigation is warranted.

Is conspiracy behind the World Trade Center's collapse?
Tragic, but no conspiracy. Planes hit them, they went down. 23% 94 votes
More than meets the eye; let's investigate. 22% 90 votes
Inside job; we MUST investigate 53% 212 votes

These important breakthroughs in the media follow on the heels of the recent PBS airing of 9/11: Blueprint For Truth on KBDI in Denver, CO, which aired multiple times by subscriber demand. This pledge-drive program garnered more donations than most have in the station's history, and received considerable press coverage. See article at:

In addition to this back-to-back-to-back domestic mainstream coverage and publicity, AE911Truth had an article published in the major international architecture publication World Architecture News, with a website and newsletter with over 470,000 views per month. See article at: WAN News Review

World Architecture News officially launched on September 29, 2005 and is now the world's leading supplier of news to the global architectural community. In March 2007 WAN reached the prestigious Google No.1 position for "architecture news," and has remained in pole position since.

The op-ed article by Richard Gage, AIA, Gregg Roberts, and David Chandler received over 48,000 unique views; an extraordinary indicator the professional architect population was being reached. WAN's website supports the posting of comments from readers. This article attracted many, with more than 170 posted within 10 days. Approximately 90 percent of these were strongly favorable to the article.
