An unprecedented and potentially powerful Canadian initiative is entering a new phase that brings Canada one step closer to re-investigating the events at the World Trade Center on 9/11.

First Steps Completed

On November 11, 2011, the petition for a parliamentary review of the destruction of the three WTC skyscrapers on 9/11 was submitted to the Government of Canada by members of the Canadian 9/11 truth movement. The petition will soon be formally read in Parliament.

AE911Truth Documentary Excerpt Makes
Waves on 100+ PBS Stations

AE911Truth produced a five minute version of the 15-minute mini-documentary, “Architects and Engineers: Solving the Mystery of Building 7”, for the Spotlight On series broadcast by PBS on dozens of public television stations nationwide. According to the Nielsen Television Index, the short film was a resounding success, airing 678 times during the first three-month cycle, and was seen by an estimated 2.7 million viewers. The $10,000 that supporters like you donated to this project last year has paid off tremendously.

Building Plans Allow for Deeper Analysis of Skyscraper’s Destruction

Editor’s note: The release of detailed construction documents and shop drawings for WTC Building 7 is the latest in a series of FOIA successes by AE911Truth supporters. Recent efforts have also led to the acquisition of revealing video recordings of the WTC catastrophe, and forced the NYC Department of Buildings to claim that the release of WTC renovation plans for the years leading up to 9/11 would “endanger the life or safety of any person.” If you are interested in helping us examine these important construction drawings, please consider joining our Volunteer Team.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office at NIST recently released over 2,600 electronic files pertaining to the NIST NCSTAR 1A: Final Report on the Collapse of World Trade Center Building 7, and NCSTAR 1-9: Structural Fire Response and Probable Collapse Sequence of World Trade Center Building 7.

I am very pleased to highly recommend a new film by Brett Smith, “Hypothesis,” about the odyssey endured by Dr. Steven Jones, a physicist formerly of Brigham Young University (BYU), as he discovered the explosive evidence contained in the dust from the World Trade Center catastrophe. At just under 45 minutes long, the film has much to laud and little to criticize. Both Smith and Ted Walter of NYC CAN provide excellent production value – and the original music by Jeremiah Olsen enhances the presentation.

The idea for the film began as an assignment in Smith’s documentary film class in the fall of 2006 to produce a 15-minute “final project”. The film was originally limited to basic information on the mysterious destruction of WTC Building 7 and the “impossible” molten metal that was found at Ground Zero.

Introduction

A decade has passed since the tragic events of September 11, 2001, and many people feel that we have still not had a real investigation into what really happened that day. Many believe that the investigations into the destruction of the three WTC skyscrapers by the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) were either fraudulent or incomplete, and have joined the 1600+ architects and engineers at AE911Truth in calling for a real, independent investigation into the attacks. However, Popular Mechanics (PM) has been the primary cheerleader in the mainstream media in defense of the NIST reports ever since its book, Debunking 9/11 Myths: Why Conspiracy Theories Can’t Stand Up To the Facts, was published in 2006.
