A new movement to reinvestigate the 9/11 attacks is gaining pace in the US. With major public support, 12 towns are set to decide whether to ask the federal government for a new independent probe.

New York is dubbed as the Empire State for its wealth and resources and is rightfully regarded as America's most famous city, a beacon of fashion, finance and fast paced action.

Today's guest is Richard Gage, AIA and he is a San Francisco based architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Also on today's program, Erik Lawyer, a veteran firefighter with the City of Seattle and founder of the Firefighters for 9/11 Truth, a non-partisan association of firefighters who demand re-investigating the official 9/11 stories for the benefit of all the rescue workers who suffered injury and illnesses and died.

Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth founder, Richard Gage, AIA, began the conference quoting Mark Twain who said, "If you don't read the newspapers you're uninformed. If you do read them you're misinformed." Gage said he hoped the assembled press would help to rectify that situation. "Today I'm quite pleased to announce that now we have more than one thousand architects and engineers signed on to the AE911Truth petition demanding of Congress a new and truly independent, unimpeachable investigation into the destruction of the three World Trade Center skyscrapers on 9/11," Gage said to a cheering audience.

On Feb. 19, 2010, Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth held a press conference at the Mariner's Club & Hotel in San Francisco, CA, USA, announced the milestone of having achieved in excess of 1,000 signatures from architects and engineers from around the world, demanding a new, truly independent investigation of the facts regarding the events of Sept. 11, 2001, saying that the conclusions drawn by the 911 Commission reek of cover-up, are not at all supported by the facts.
