AE911Truth is one of ten major co-sponsors for the exciting new campaign to blanket New York City with 30-second TV ads. The purpose of the campaign is to raise awareness of World Trade Center Building 7, the features of its destruction, and accordingly the need for a new investigation to look at the facts. The campaign gets its name from the startled response of New York Supreme Court Justice Edward H. Lehner when he first learned of the collapse of Building 7.

The organization New York City Coalition for Accountability Now (NYCCAN) originated this idea to focus attention on Building 7 because only a small percentage of the public has seen footage of the “collapse” of this building. But a vast majority of people who have seen it agree that controlled demolition was responsible and a new investigation is needed. The official story is that Building 7 is the first steel-framed high rise in history to collapse from fire, but this theory is not supported by what’s seen in the videos.

The ads started airing Tuesday, November 2 (Election Day) and will run through Sunday, November 7. Higher numbers of viewers are expected to tune in on November 2 and 3 for election coverage. The total number of broadcasts will be close to 250 and the ad will be seen a conservatively estimated 5 million times will reaching an audience of 600,000 unique viewers in the New York City area an average of eight times each. Networks carrying the ads include MSNBC, CNN, Comedy Central, HGTV, LOGO, BIO, Versus, MSG (Madison Square Garden), Sports New York, VH1, HLN, CNBC, and Bravo. On Wednesday, November 3, people in the New York area who tune in to Keith Olbermann at 8:00 pm and The Daily Show and The Colbert Report from 11:00 pm to midnight will each see the ad once each of those hours.

Donations for these ads are still being accepted at http://buildingwhat.org.
